hodgepodge of photos!!! :D

yf - cg day at caleb's place. plus we celebrated the birthdays of the july babies! namely lianne and benji. i know this is way waaaaay overdue, but here's the link to the shutterfly album. i've yet to get the rest of the pictures from caleb.fyi, i only realised how intense ryan's love for chocolate cake was that day. he practically ate half the cake on his own!!! *envious of his superb metabolic rate.*

some custom bookmarks (set of 20) and some gorgeous paperchase goodies! (: went on a splurge the other day and got two tin pencil cases. went home and decided i needed to take a picture of the collection of the pencil tins i've had so far. my fav is the first from the left. (:

was inspired by heidi swapp's calendar scrapbook, so i tried one for july. and did up my pr journal file. pictures below!

and andrew and i finally took snapshots of our watches and phones! we hadn't got the same phone since secondary 4. and that was not even planned. and soon after i got it he happened to change it. so it was brief. but this time we got it around the same time. 

okay, a walk down memory lane. met up with mich last thursday for lunch. so as i was thinking of how to post the pictures we took together, i saw these! the neoprints that we took last time and other photos we took in secondary school. so us then...

yesterday we went to aunty v's house for dinner. mel, lysa angie and i went earlier to bake. and we baked using (as nigella would say) "gorgeous, dark, luscious best quality dark chocolate". haha. we used her recipe for molten lava chocolate and fairy cupcakes.

siew li had a new recipe for mozerella mushroom!

and we got to make fabulous espresso - it using these pre-packed coffee cups which is then put into a machine. the coffee cups are of varying intensities and flavours. i got adventurous last night and tried the arpeggio (strength was 9/10). i said it wouldn't affect me, though secretly i thought i might be kept awake the entire night. which was fine actually, because i have a truckload of work to do. but true enough, an hour later, i was totally drained! i was so freaking tired. i couldn't believe it. anyhoo, that truckload of work remains. need to get down to it. need a spa. need to scrap. think i'll go bathe first. that seaweed clay face mask and olive scrub is calling me.
